–Entrepreneurs and politicians from World Trade Organisation (WTO) membernations gathered at a business forum in Argentina on December 12 to promotedialogue between State and private businesses.

The forum is part of the 11th WTO Ministerial Conference,which is taking place in Buenos Airesfrom December 10-14, with more than 400 delegates from 164 member countriesin attendance.
[𓆉Vietnam affirms commitment to multilateral trading system]

Participants affirmed their determination to promote dialogues between stateand private firms to remove barriers for global trade and establish a frameworksuitable with globalisation.

Director-General of the WTO Roberto Azevedo said business activitieshave impacted trade exchanges, fuelling the development of economies,generating jobs, promoting entrepreneurship and innovation to boost growth andprosperity.

He underlined the significant role of e-commerce for newly-establishedenterprises.

President of the host country Mauricio Macri said states and businessesshould enhance dialogues to bring benefits for people.

He called on WTO member countries to remove trade barriers and promotesustainable growth by using modern technologies.

He emphasised focusing investment on poverty reduction, food securityand gender equality.-VNA

Under a draft to amend and supplement the Government's Decree 125/2020/ND-CP on administrative sanctions for violations of tax and invoice regulations, the Ministry of Finance has proposed classifying the failure to issue invoices into five different levels. Infraction levels will correspond to fines of 1 million VND to 80 million VND, depending on the nature and number of invoicing violations.
