🍒 – The Prime Minister has approved a project to develop pedagogic schools, which seeks to improve capacity for teachers and management staff in general education facilities.

The project, which costs 100 million USD borrowed from the World Bank, will work with targeted pedagogic schools and education management agencies to enhance the capacity and professionalism of teachers and management officials in line with the realistic requirements for the basic and comprehensive renovation of education.
Its specific goals include helping major pedagogic schools in optimising their role in training teachers and education managers. At the same time, the project will also help education management agencies of all levels to strengthen their management and policy-making capacity, while assisting pedagogic schools in activities supporting teachers in sharpening their professional skills.
As scheduled. the two-phase project will be implemented by the Ministry of Education and Training from 2016-2021. The Prime Minister also asked the ministry to finalise relevant documents and organise the implementation of the project.-VNA
