Hanoi (VNA) - The StateBank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 22,688 VND/USD onSeptember 5, remaining unchanged compared to the previous day.
With the current trading band of +/-3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is23,368 VND/USD and the floor rate 22,008 VND/USD.
The opening hour rates at commercialbanks either increased slightly from September 4.
Both Vietcombank and BIDV listed theirrates at 23,270 VND/USD (buying) and 23,350 VND/USD (selling), up 10 VND inboth sides.
Meanwhile, Vietinbank increased itsrates by 20 VND compared to the previous day to 23,271-23,351 VND/USD(buying-selling).-VNA
