Bac Giang (VNA) –🦩 The northern province of Bac Giang will focus on Party building and preparations for holding Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 tenure in the rest of the year, heading to the 14th National Party Congress.

According to the provincial Party Committee’s Commission of Organisation, in order to ensure good preparation and successful organisation of all-level Party congresses, Party Committees at all levels have directed the building of plans on congress organisation and complete the plans within August. Alongside, Party Committees directly leads personnel preparation work in line with regulations and with a high sense of responsibility, especially those holding the top positions. Party Committees at all levels have also conducted evaluation and classification of officials' performance before the ending of their working tenure, which is a mandatory task. At the same time, the committees have directed the reviewing and supplementation of personnel planning, especially for Party Committees in the 2025-2030 tenure, ensuring that the planning are completed and approved at least three months prior to the organisation of the congresses. The review and supplementation of the planning can be carried out in parallel with the year-end evaluation and classification of officials to ensure their progress. Meanwhile, Party Committees at all levels in Bac Giang have actively directed the completion of the apparatus of the committees and standing boards of the committees in the 2020-2025 tenure six months before the congress for the new tenure. Since the beginning of this year, Bac Giang has reviewed and supplemented planning of leadership and management officials for departments, agencies and sectors as well as Vietnam Fatherland Front committees, mass organisations at provincial level and Party Committees of districts, townships and cities in the 2025-2030 and 2026-2031 tenures./.
