The legislature latervoted to approve these documents.
Member of the NAStanding Committee and Chairwoman of the NA’s Committee for Judicial Affairs LeThi Nga delivered a report on collecting feedback on the draft Resolution onthe organisation of virtual courts and a report on explaining the draft Law onamendments and supplements to several articles of the Code of CriminalProcedure.
Lawmakers alsoapproved them later.
On November 13morning, the NA is due to pass the Resolution on the State budget estimate2022, the Resolution on several special mechanisms and policies for thedevelopment of Hai Phong city and the provinces of Nghe An, Thanh Hoa and ThuaThien-Hue, the Resolution on the national land use planning for 2021-2030 witha vision to 2050, and the 2021-2025 land use plan, the Resolution on the 2022central budget allocation.
