Hanoi (VNA)𓃲 - A delegation of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) attended a meeting of a working group in Athens, Greece, on May 19 and 20 to discuss preparation for the 20th International Meeting of Communist and Workers’ Parties (IMCWP).
Vice Chairman of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV)Central Committee’s Commission for External Relations Nguyen Manh Cuong led adelegation, who was active at the discussion, held during the meeting’s course.
The preparatory meeting also tabled others common tasks setfor the international communist and workers’ movements, stating the necessityof solidarity among members of communist and workers’ parties amid todaychallenges and difficulties.
The Communist Party of Greece will host the 2018 IMCWP inNovember, coinciding with the meeting’s 20th founding anniversary.
